Axiom Long Export Format Tool(AxLE) 설치

Axiom Analysis Suite 프로그램은 cel 파일을 읽고, genotype을 결정하고, genotype을 분석할 수 있도록 여러 가지 형태(txt, vcf, plink 등)로 출력하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 그런데 일루미나 사의 GenomeStudio가 출력하는 Final Report 형태로 출력하는 기능은 없다. 그래서 Final Report 형태로 출력하는 외부 프로그램이 필요했고, 그 프로그램이 바로 Axiom Long Export Format Too이다. 나중에 사용하는 방법을 설명할테니 우선 설치부터 해 보자.
